In-Year Admissions during the Academic Year

All applications for an in-year admission to Conyers School must be made on the applicant’s home address local authority school transfer form. If resident within Stockton-on-Tees, the School Transfer Form is available from the School Admissions Team (Tel No 01642 526605).

The completed form, after being signed by your child (ren)’s present Headteacher / Principal is then sent directly to the home address local authority. If resident within Stockton-on-Tees then it should be sent to the School Admissions Team, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1XE or emailed to school.admissions@stockton.gov.uk
